Toothpicks, peas, dimensions variable

Spider is a time-based work that expands and grows over the course of the exhibition. Toothpicks and fresh peas are used to “weave” a web-like structure in different corners of the exhibition space. Eventually the web climbs the windowsills, spreads to the floor, and creeps along the corners of the room.

Spider is a practice that explores the relationship between space, people, and time. Spider is ongoing and never finishes.
