Do Not Over Inflate (2024)

Do Not Over Inflate is a tapestry that features the dissected and rearranged elements of a rubber raft. Installed at the Sekmai exhibition and residency space in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. The work sways on an existing metal structure, much like the sunbaked blankets, and hanging laundry found on Sekmai’s neighboring rooftops.
